The registration fee for delegates/ students includes:

• Admission to the workshop
• Workshop materials
• Access to the exhibition
• Lunches & Coffee breaks
• Opening Reception at the City Hall
• Dinner at the Augustine Monastery (Thursday, September 8)
• Banquet at the Castle of the Counts (Friday, September 9)

The registration fee for accompanying persons and children over 12 years includes: 

• Access to the exhibition
• Opening Reception at the City Hall
• Dinner at the Augustine Monastery (Thursday, September 8)
• Banquet at the Castle of the Counts (Friday, September 9)

The Conference Dinner and banquet is included in the registration fee but reservation in advance is required.

The registration and payment form is secured by COMORA CA Ltd. so that credit card information can be submitted safely.

Confirmation

Immediately after submitting your online registration form, an automatic confirmation is sent by email. If you do not receive this automatic confirmation, your registration has not been made successfully. Medicongress will send a formal confirmation by email after receipt of payment.

All payments are to be made in Euro, net of all bank charges and commissions for the receiver.

Cancellations

Participants canceling their registration before August 1, 2011 will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date. Registered participants or accompanying persons not showing up at the Conference will NOT be reimbursed.
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing to the Organizing Secretariat. All refunds will be processed after the Skull Base Workshop.
Name substitutions are accepted at an extra charge of 100,00 €.
